FORGINGS ARE SUPERIOR
products in strength-to-weight ratio. There has not been a process
yet developed that produces a metal product that is as shock and
fatigue resistant nor maintains as much structural integrity as a
forging for its comparable weight.

SINCE 1915,
Moline Forge has earned and maintained a reputation for innovative,
high quality, reliable, and competitively priced forgings. Carbon
alloy, micro alloy, and stainless steels are currently forged in the
2lb. to 80lb. range. We are continually anticipating customer needs
and expanding our abilities accordingly.

CUSTOMER BASE
Current customers are primarily farm equipment, construction and
off-highway equipment, railroad and drive train manufactures. We also
have several customers in the manufacture of recreational vehicles,
compressors, and conveyor systems.

PROMPT, RELIABLE DELIVERY SCHEDULES
are met easily due to our commitment in stocking a large and varied
steel inventory that allows for a faster response to order
requirements, as well as a cost savings on the forgings produced.

SECONDARY SERVICES
are offered through subcontract relationships with other facilities,
such as heat treating, machining, and plating. We are able to meet
customer requirements to complete print specifications in many
instances.
